Scott founded Ministry Win in the Spring of 2019. He currently serves as the Senior Pastor at First Baptist Church in Lutz, FL. Scott has been ministering to students for over 20+years where he has had the privilege of sharing the gospel with many people while helping them become Men and Women of God. Scott wrote and created Ministry Win to help minister to Pastors, Youth Pastors, and Youth Workers. Scott is an experienced and energetic teacher/preacher of the Bible and enjoys sharing the gospel with everyone.

Leigh is a kindergarten teacher who loves preparing students for their future, creating fun learning experiences in the classroom. Leigh has her Doctorate in Education from Carson Newman University with an emphasis in curriculum and instruction. Leigh is also a wife to Scott Talley. She loves helping him with his student ministry. First and foremost, Leigh is a mom to John. She loves spending time with her family outdoors, watching movies, and chasing after two Jack Russell Terriers.
