TOP 10 Post Covid Changes

Below are 10 changes we need to make within our ministry as we are coming out of this worldwide pandemic.

1.     Become a ministry that now live streams our worship services.

2.     We must have online ministers, communicators, or host to speak and engage an audience back at home. 

3.     Provide an online option for small groups.

4.     Become stronger with our approach to technology.

5.     Engage students creatively, but do not lose theology.

6.     We must teach truth and truth only. Remove the fluff from our large and small groups.

7.     Build a ministry that is family oriented and feels more like a family. We need family and each other more than ever. 

8.     Change our scorecards and the win to meet Post Pandemic lessons we have learned.

9.     We must have small group leaders who will engage students outside of the church walls.

10.  Build community and remove your pride from ministry.
